Tone 'n' chill is a well-balanced 75 minute yoga class. 

The class begins with 40 minutes of a yoga/pilates fusion workout, to tone & sculpt your body in all the right places.  Once you are delightfully sweaty we will stretch our shoulders, back & hips for 20 minutes.  Class finishes with a relaxing guided meditation & sound-bath savasana.
