Day 2
The seed, the sprout, the Fruit
Wow God!
Har Hari Hari Wahe Guru.Â
You’ve probably heard it in class, maybe felt it ripple through your chest before your mind tried to translate it.Â
It's a Kundalini mantra, and it isn’t meant to be understood in a tidy, intellectual way.Â
Hud is the primal creative pulse, the spark that moves energy.Â
Hari is transformation, twice to emphasize motion, clearing, evolution. Wahe is awe, that involuntary gasp when truth hits the body before the brain catches up.Â
Guru is the inner teacher, not a person, not me, not anyone outside you.Â
Saying it “correctly” matters less than saying it honestly. This isn’t Catholic Latin where mispronunciation sends you to spiritual jail. Intention, breath, and presence matter more than perfect syllables. You say it because sound shapes the nervous system, because vibration reorganizes energy, because some things shift faster through resonance than through talking about them for ten years in therapy. And no, you don’t have to say it out loud. You can whisper it, think it, breathe it, let it hum silently in your cells. Out loud just gives it more volume in the body. This mantra isn’t about performance. It’s about remembering who’s actually driving the car.

When we plant seeds, first we pull out the old. Clear the Space. Now we have room. As we plant seed we gotta know the measurements so we can plan accordingly, how much sunlight we need, how much water we need, how long will it take?
so now that you have space start your calculations

Day 11
We have 4 parts. Instinct. Intellect. Mechanics. Emotions.
Today we start with the Intellect. The mind. The intention is to use our mind as a tool to manifest what we truly desire. In order to do that we must not only set goals but also look at our fears. Then we will be able to shift our identity.Â
