1. Retreat Inclusions
The Stella Luna Yoga Bali Retreat includes the following during the official retreat dates of August 1–8, 2026 only:
7 nights / 8 days accommodation at Floating Leaf Retreat Center
Three (3) meals daily as provided by the retreat center
Daily yoga and meditation classes
One Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath session
One 75-minute Ayurvedic massage
Additional group programming, workshops, and facilitated experiences throughout the retreat dates
Airport transfers to and from the retreat center upon arrival and departure on the official retreat dates
All inclusions are subject to reasonable change due to weather, availability, or circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.

2. Exclusions & Additional Costs
The Participant understands and agrees that the following are not included in the retreat cost:
International or domestic flights to and from Bali
Travel insurance of any kind (strongly recommended)
Passports, visas, vaccinations, or medical expenses
Additional accommodations before August 1 or after August 8, 2026
Activities, excursions, treatments, or meals outside the official retreat dates
Personal expenses, shopping, alcohol, or optional add-on services

3. Travel & Insurance Acknowledgment
The Participant acknowledges that travel to and from Bali is undertaken at their own risk. Stella Luna Yoga does not assume responsibility for travel delays, cancellations, illness, injury, lost baggage, or changes in transportation.
Participant acknowledges and agrees that purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation) is their sole responsibility.

4. Health & Personal Responsibility
The Participant affirms that:
They are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in yoga, movement, meditation, massage, and retreat activities.
They will consult a qualified medical professional if they have any condition that may affect participation.
They assume full responsibility for listening to their body and modifying or abstaining from activities as needed.
The Participant agrees to inform Stella Luna Yoga in writing of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special needs prior to the retreat.

5. Assumption of Risk
Participant understands that yoga, meditation, bodywork, travel, and group retreat experiences involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, illness, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Stella Luna Yoga and all individuals operating under or in connection with the business from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat.
Participant further agrees to indemnify and defend Stella Luna Yoga against any claims brought by third parties arising from Participant’s actions, behavior, or negligence during the retreat.

7. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of a medical emergency, Participant authorizes Stella Luna Yoga to seek emergency medical treatment on their behalf. Participant understands they are solely responsible for all medical costs incurred.

8. Code of Conduct
Participant agrees to:
Treat all participants, staff, and retreat center personnel with respect
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
Follow retreat guidelines and local laws
Stella Luna Yoga reserves the right to remove any Participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

9. Force Majeure
Stella Luna Yoga shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellation of the retreat due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, travel disruptions, or acts of God.

10. Photography & Media Release
Participant grants Stella Luna Yoga permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the retreat for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the retreat.

11 Payment Commitment & Refund Policy
By entering into this agreement, the Client commits to the full retreat tuition, regardless of attendance, participation, or early departure.
All payments are non-refundable unless we are able to secure a replacement client. If a replacement client is secured any refund will be limited to the amount received from the replacement less any administrative or marketing costs incurred.
Missed or late payments may result in forfeiture of the Client’s spot in the retreat without refund of prior payments.
