Kambo Preparation
It is my deepest honor and gratitude for you choosing to do this inner work with courage, strength and vulnerability.
The nuances are in the application, the intention, the care and insight.
The process of applying Kambo as a medicine is simple. The skin is opened, you drink water, the Kambo is applied, the Kambo is felt, you purge, you drink more water, you purge, the medicine is wiped off and you take a nap. The results are felt for several days after and the cells are restructured for lasting results.
I highly highly highly recommend sitting 3 times as close together as possible
In Preparation for the ceremony.
The Evening before and the day of, and after find a meditative state for clarity
3-2 days before These are recommendations to make the process as smooth as possible, not hard rules. 1) Eat clean, nothing fried, processed. 2) Hydrate with electrolytes, salt, magnesium, potassium. 3) No cannabis or alcohol.
2-1 days before Set your intentions. Decide what you are letting go of and what you are calling in to replace that. I love to call in one of the 5 qualities of the heart: Trust, Love, Openness, Gratitude, Respect. No extreme sweating, saunas, enemas. Abstain from sexual activities. Highly recommended to add electrolytes to your water
Day of Kambo Ceremony
You must be fasted, absolutely no food in your belly, no medications, no coffee, no tea, nothing except sipping water . You can sip water prior to start time. You may resume normal activity after session is complete
After Care 1. Hydrate. Keep the fluids moving through your body. 2. No cannabis 72 hours after. 3. No sexual activity 2 days after, you want to keep shedding the old you to yourself and keep your energy stored for healing. 3 Leave your gates/portals alone
What to Bring
Please bring a change of clothes and dress comfortably and relaxed, similar to an evening with family around a ‘cozy fire’ with layers to remove. Be mindful of where you are putting your gates/burns and clothes that will not inhibit or distract you. You may want to bring a blanket & pillow for personal rest time.
What to Expect in the Process:
I will review and cover the ‘flow’ of the Ceremony the day of.
We will begin with introductions and opening traditions. You will have an opportunity to share your intention. We will then prepare and apply the gates for where the Kambo will be placed.
Following this, I will prepare the Kambo medicine for application. You will have 15 minutes to drink appx 1.5 liters of water. Once the water is fully consumed, we will apply the medicine.
Here is a list of potential responses from the body during treatment. Please know, these responses are normal and common for people to experience. If for any reason there is a concern outside of these common responses Kambo will be wiped off and the body will reset itself very quickly.
These are all normal to feel
▪ Increased heart rate ▪ Increased blood pressure ▪ Pounding sensation in the heart and head ▪ Flushed skin, sweating, minor swelling in the extremities and face ▪ Shaking, tingling, buzzing or vibrating sensations ▪ Nausea and stomach discomfort ▪ Fainting, low blood pressure ▪ Purging by vomiting, the urge to defecate, crying and sweating.
When rest is completed, we will dress your gates with dragon blood sealant and there will be warm tea and snacks to enjoy. At this time we will have a sharing circle and close the Ceremony.
Aftercare: Be gentle with yourself, with what you consume including food and thoughts. Your system will be awakened and sensitive. Avoid super spicy, greasy food & sugar. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, cannabis, suntanning, and extreme sweating for at least 24 hrs.
For Gates or ‘burns’; Dragon’s Blood Tree Sap, will be applied upon completion of the session. Dragons blood will seal the gate and increase the healing time up to 10x faster than anything else. Just leave them alone. For the fastest healing keep them dry for the first couple of days. This is not a hard rule, it is totally fine to bathe just don’t use any soap or try to clean them. No oils, ointments, necessary
KAMBO works differently for each individual and is different each time. Please allow your experience to be without expectations, only Intentions. Everyone will have a very unique, individual experience tailor made for their personal needs at that moment. I recommend resting the remainder of the day.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the appointment within 48 hrs of your scheduled time at the full amount of the session will be charged and donated to someone else for the space held. If you cancel 7 days before the deposit is surrendered.
