Learn how to use Yoga poses to find your unique alignment. In this workshop, you will learn how to create healthy alignment in your body, so you can enter and exit poses safely. You will also learn how to adjust Yoga poses to accommodate common injuries, and how to use props (like blocks and straps) to keep your spine and joints safe.

  • The secrets to creating and maintaining stability and strength in Yoga poses

To be Prepared :

Be in a space that you can move freely, grab your blocks, a blanket and a strap.
