Yoga School & Teacher Training - Hybrid Program - 4 month payment plan

This Hybrid Teacher Training Program is designed to deepen your yoga practice and, if you choose, train you to become a yoga teacher.

This is a 12-15 week course that follows a flipped learning model, where you are given the training materials before any live meetings. It includes the complete 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training online course and live weekly Zoom workshops and discussions with master teachers. Course materials are delivered as video lectures, pre-recorded workshops, PDF workbooks, guided practices and online assessments.

Jessi and Stella are easy to communicate with, they will challenge you, and guide you each step of the way. The training itself was more than I could have imagined. It is an in-depth study, not just about yoga poses and pronouncing Sanskrit correctly, but a lifestyle, proper alignment, 14 styles of yoga, anatomy, and making yourself a better well-rounded person. It may sound funny, but I learned to breath (10 different ways), how to properly ground myself, and meditate. You will discuss the chakras, oils, self-cleansing, and, for me, more importantly proper alignment. I didn't realize until the training that there were some poses I was doing completely wrong all these years which could later lead to knee, neck, or back problems. We sometimes get wrapped up in what we can't do, or if someone else does it better. Because of Stella Luna, I focus more on ME than the women who appears older than me "doing poses better."
