Alice Tan

Alice has been practicing yoga since 2001 in her Native Malaysia, when her mother first brought her into Hatha and she experienced self-awakening. Later she has been introduced to Ashtanga and she realized how much she love exploring the potential self-discovery. Eager to pass on her knowledge and wisdom into other people who need spiritual guidance, Alice has devoted herself into studying body mechanism and overcoming physical as well as mental challenges. As an instructor her teachings combines Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga to make it a more challenging and enjoying journey. With a continuous, variable transition into poses, Alice's classes will ultimately build strength, stability and inner harmony. Her ultimate mission is to inspire her students through the practice of yoga to their personal wisdom, healing abilities and expansive potential.
